Jenica is a doula who provides Christian pregnancy, labor and delivery support to pregnant women and their partners.

Services include: - From 2 - 4 prenatal visits - Birth Plan counseling - Prenatal massage - Infant Massage education - Unlimited phone and e-mail support - Labor support in home and at the hospital - Breastfeeding support after the birth - Minimum 1 postpartum visit after birth - Birth photography, videography, and story if desired
