We are a private equity fund interested in deploying capital in real estate and business ventures. The National Property Trust is a private investment firm. We will provide equity capital to businesses that can demonstrate a distinct competitive advantage within its industry and illustrate a realistic exit strategy within seven years. We also provide preferred equity for all classes of real estate projects. We are happy to provide the necessary capital if our partner can provide advantageous projects and handle the active operations of the project. We are very well capitalized, yet highly selective in our investment strategy, so please only serious investors inquire. Please visit www.nptrust.com to find out more about our fund.
