In-store surveys testing products for future media, ie, magazines, websites and Home Shopping Clubs, etc
Surveys are done every 45 minutes and last less than 10 minutes. Each participant receives a free raffle ticket and may win an item up to $40 retail value. The raffle draws lots of excitement and large crowds. BMI's booths are designed professionally with dramatic lighting. Research indicates that during the survey an average shopper will remain longer in the store (at least 30 minutes) and the area in which the surveys are done and may have a 6-10% increase in sales.
