Ripped Off and Threatened by OWNER. Pre-Paid for a Tire, Tire did not come in as promised 2 Days. Then Tire would not be in until May. Owner had already taken off the old tire before the new one came in. Owner Aaron Sennhenn would not refund the pre-paid money. Threaten to Beat me Up. Actual threat was " I will DROP you right here" I Recomment that you take your business to a quality Shop. Now I have to take him to court to get my pre-paid money back.

STAY AWAY!! I, too, was ripped off! Saw the sign in front of business stating "Certified Harley Davidson Technician". Thought I would give him a try and took my 2002 Road King (100,000 miles) there with a leak. Paid over $1200 in parts and labor, but the bike continued to leak. Took it back three more times, all with a different "guess" of what was wrong from the owner. Last time there, he said I would have to pay more money or take it somewhere else. I took it somewhere else and got it fixed in two days! Oshkosh V-Twin had it seven weeks and couldn't get it fixed. My advice is no matter what you need done to your bike, save time, money, and aggrevation and take it somewhere else.

Worst mechanical experience of my life, and very unprofessional with customer service just down right rude. Had to retrieve my bike with a Oshkosh Police Officer present.
