Our focus can best be captured by our group name. We believe that writing is a way to improve a person's mental, physical, and emotional health. Writers for Life is an innovative writing team focusing on writing across the lifespan. We blend our unique talents to conduct individual and group writing workshops for people of all ages and abilities. We have established an effective approach using narrative prompts and thematic sessions that inspires writers of all ability levels to consider their world in a new light. Through this approach, writers improve their ability to reflect upon and share their unique life histories, leading to a greater self-awareness. Our genre-bender approach, including fiction, non-fiction, and poetry, encourages writers to explore the works of other authors.
