Poor service by Alsaka caused nearly $20,000 in water related damage to my house - including mold. The leak was beneath the new tub they were hired to hook up (under the tiling), so it wasn't easily identified. Eventually, when I noticed it, I reached out to Chris to see what could be done. He was unresponsive. I very much regret using Alsaka for this important job.
