This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a service company. I would highly recommend NEVER doing business with them. I purchased a groupon that included 1,700 sq ft cleaning for $79. Before purchasing the groupon I called and spoke to the owner to make sure that everything was included, which he claimed at the time it was. When he arrived at my house he immediately began up charging me for everything. At one point he told me I was getting a deal by paying $289 extra on top of the $79 I had already spent for the groupon. The groupon was obviously just a ploy to get his foot in the door to upcharge and try to swindle the customer. He spent more time trying to upcharge me than actually cleaning the carpets. (He told me that he began his career as a traveling salesman which was evident in his business tactics). When I said I just wanted a refund for the groupon he said I wouldn't be able to because it is only if the merchant is unwilling to uphold their portion and he was willing to do 3 rooms for the $79 (but he tried to make me pay $99 extra for the chemicals!). Since I didn't want to lose $79 I finally said I would pay him $100 extra to clean everything or I would just have him leave. He finally agreed and acted like he was giving me this great deal. He only spent around 30-45 minutes cleaning and after he left I realized he moved my guest bedroom bed up against the wall and left 3 gashes in the paneling. It was just a horrible experience!

J&J did an excellent job , and provided excellent customer service. We had J&J carpet out at our place in September the technicians did an excellent job they were able to remove stains that I did not believe would be removed I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them to family and friends they also took care of our odor problem that we had due our naughty pets....... greatly appreciated J&J!!!!!Thank you and once again I will conduct business with you guys again,thanks again S&T

J & J Carpet Cleaning was the worst experience I have had with a cleaning agency. I had to reschedule the appointment because no one showed up on the day they were scheduled to clean the carpets. The next day they show up two hours late. Here is the kicker; I presented a coupon I had. They agent walks through my house and said it will be an additional $230 to do what I am asking. I only wanted the living room and basement rec room cleaned. I stated the coupon is for 1700 square feet of carpet and I will not pay any more for the space is much less than 1700 feet. So the agent agrees to do both the living room and rec room. Get this! The agent did both rooms in 20 minutes and he was gone. Left my hose running and took off angry that I did not pay more. So I am left with not clean but wet carpets. I would not even recommend J&J Carpet cleaning to my worst enemies. Stay away and call a real professional.

Terrible. Company came to conduct emergency flood service. Dropped off fans, ripped up carpet, removed padding, wood trim, etc. Only let it sit for 36 hours with the fans, came back, took the equipment. 3 days later, came to reinstall the carpeting. I let them know it still smelled like mildew, etc.…

Terrible. Company came to conduct emergency flood service. Dropped off fans, ripped up carpet, removed padding, wood trim, etc. Only let it sit for 36 hours with the fans, came back, took the equipment. 3 days later, came to reinstall the carpeting. I let them know it still smelled like mildew, etc., and that I didn't think it dried long enough. He reinstalled the carpet anyway. Did not put on the trim, and left a HUGE pile of wet carpet padding outside our house and filled our garbage can with it, when we were charged for disposal of the carpet padding. We called and let them know the job wasn't done. That it still smelled like mildew. They promised to come out and fix it. We made an appointment. No show. We made another appointment. No show. We made ANOTHER appointment. You guessed it.... no show. Another appointment was made and again, no show. Finally, we hired another company to do the job correctly and backcharged the incomplete service. Now, we are getting constant phone calls from them. My husband answered the phone and a man named David that called told my husband to "Shut up, Mother F*cker." No joke. My husband explained yet again the job wasn't complete and wasn't done correctly. The man continued to get aggressive so my husband ended the converstation by hanging up. He called two more times. I'm afraid the harrassment will continue.
