AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!!! I recently used this company to move. They arrived over an hour late, according to their ad they never do. After being over an hour late it took 30 min to get started which I had to pay for, apparently the clock starts when they arrive not when they begin working. Of the 4 men only 1 spoke english which was unprofessional and frustrating because we could not communicate. 2 of the men had an attitude because all of my stuff was not packed, it didn't matter that I am disabled. They wanted me to pay additional fees for certain items although Ivan never communicated this to me when I booked them. Being that I was already paying $90/hr, $15/TV, $26/tolls & $45/travel time, I was not going to spend any more money. Once they got to the drop off location it seemed as though they were more concerned with being done than doing a careful job. They didn't reassemble my son's bed the way they found it and I had to call someone else to reassemble it correctly. My entertainment center which was wrapped in a blanket looked as though several cats used it as a scratching post & I don't have cats. They piled everything in 1 room and ruined a freshly painted wall, broke the volume & channel compartment off of my TV and it's a lost that I have to take because I didn't take pictures prior to the move. I get angry every time I look at my entertainment center or TV. I will never use them again & I absolutely do not recommend them!
