Gluten Free Baking, Cooking and Recipes. Giving the gluten free community fresh products. Specializing in everyday comfort foods. Finding out my boyfriend could not have any gluten products I decided to turn my cooking and baking skills to making gluten free foods. As anyone who suffers from this they know how hard it is to find great foods that are gluten free. Buying the gluten free flours is expensive and well most are not ground to a fine flour. They can still be a little gritty. So I took out my mill "grain grinder" and began to grind my own rice flours. The flour I ground resembled the texture of normal gluten flour. To my surprise it also bakes better when freshly ground. So I began a quest to explore and experiment with different kinds of rice flours such as red and black rice flours. I also picked up a normal cookbook and decided I am going to convert these recipes into healthy and gluten free.
