For the sake of keeping this short and to the point: Old republic home warranty services dispatched this company to repair our existing heating/AC unit. The tech determined that we needed a whole new unit (inside & out). Since the home was new to us and the price was right, we went with this option. The tech came back and installed our new unit, while doing so; he threw it together in a rush, as if he was being timed. He had one helper (whom had no affiliation with the company) watch him do it. Afterwards, thinking everything was just fine, turned the unit on to find two leaks and froze up lines. There were exposed live wires within reach & shredded duct work thanks to this company. Since August of 2012, NOT ONCE has our brand new unit worked right. The receptionist at this company does a fantastic job of dodging questions and offering any help what so ever. TWO reputable HVAC companies have been sent to our home to inspect why our new unit is not working properly. BOTH times tech's that knew what they were doing pointed out discrepancies and in both cases fixed small issues. We called our warranty service again, as the unit is still not working, Virginia HVAC was called to come check and the tech wrote paperwork stating that the unit was "altered" & "messed with". This is no more than a cop-out well played by Virginia hvac. Bravo! I've almost never seen such a poor business ethic and utter disregard for the quality of workmanship put behind one's name. Buyer Beware!
