COMS Interactive LLC Daylight IQ® is a patient-centered disease care management system offered as a web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) product suite that works as a stand-alone application or in conjunction with the market’s leading EMRs. Daylight IQ helps to stabilize and improve resident health across the post-acute continuum, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, managed care environments and other settings. Connecting nurses with a dynamic assessment series and a library of information, Daylight IQ improves the care of residents by addressing abnormal observations in a real-time environment. Based upon principles of disease care management developed by experienced practicing clinicians, Daylight IQ helps nurses proactively identify changes in condition and assists the nurse with determining the next steps in care through suggested interventions.
