Awful is too nice of a word for this company. Before you dial this number think long and hard about how much stress you want in your life and then simply look up another company. It is not worth the hassle and grief. This is the most worthless company I have ever had to deal with and the owner should quit the business or being spending time in jail for insurance fraud. The sales rep we talked to failed to tell us that the local office was only a satellite office and the owner and workers were in the Charlotte area. If I had known, I would not have even entertained the idea of hiring this company, and hired local instead. Bob has given reason to form a more concrete opinion of the other non local yocals who dive bomb into an area after a hurricane like a bunch of turkey buzzards. We handed over our material cost, which was required (bad mojo) in mid November and still get only lies and excuses as to why we are not having our roof put on. Bob will give you the run around... which I have been getting for two months now. I am supposedly waiting on another load of roof materials to arrive at his location for a third roof in my area so it can all be brought at once. What a crock! I think he is comingling company funds and spending all the money instead of keeping a working capital because a refund is nonexistent.
