Beware!!! Stay as far away from this man and company as possible. I used him for the first time last year and have been dealing with State and Federal issues ever since. Due to his errors and complete incompetence the returns were filed filled with mistakes. Further he held my paperwork for two months, never returning my calls or emails. Finally on April 13, he calls and demands over $1400 for my taxes. If I refused to wire him the money immediately, he would mail me back my paperwork. This would have made it impossible to file the return or an extension on time. The original quote he gave me was $500. He claimed the increase was due to the return being much more complex. It turns out he did not know how to use his computer system to handle my type of return. I sat there for two hours on our first visit and watch him attempt to enter my data. I should have run out the door when he started calling help lines and looking in software manuals. But I made the mistake and allowed him to complete the returns. So not only was I lied to about the fee and misled about the delivery date, the forms were incorrect. I have already been audited by two states, pointing out his incompetence and errors. I have since hired another tax preparer who could only laugh at the novice mistakes and backwards ways Mr Queen filled out the tax forms. The new attorney said it should have taken a few hours and been less then $500. The only response fromMe Queen is sue me. Thief and an idiot

I was referred to by a friend who knows Dewayne Queen at DQ Tax service and since I have been doing my own taxes and this year I had a lot of things happen with more complications to my taxes so I went to him since I needed more of a professional help with running my own business and other tax issues I was having.
