Recently we moved to a new house and we asked Reliable Lock and Key to replace locks on all the outside doors. We scheduled an appointment and had to reschedule it 2 times because of some problems with the closing process. They demonstrated professionalism and understanding with our situation, they did everything they could to comply with our schedule and eventually came on time, did a very good job replacing locks and at an affordable price. It is nice to have companies that put the customer’s needs first.
