I hired this company to provide rapid Covid Testing on my commercial set back in December of 2020. One technician showed up with only 8 tests. The second tech showed up over 2 and half hours late with the remainder of the tests. It also didn't appear that the 2nd tech was trained properly in Covid testing, safety, medical anything really. He complained about producers, politics and was an overall nuisance. I was forced to halt the production and pay my entire crew the 2-3 hours of overtime because of this. Where it gets worse is that David then charged me the full amount 4 months later. Denied anything was wrong and wouldn't do anything to make this right. I would never recommend this company because I was sold a bill of goods and the customer service is awful. There's 100 other companies that are better than this and provide much better service. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
