But there is one thing missing that is sorely needed in every area of our society: we need leadership. My business is a great place to become a leader or to fine tune leadership skills you may have. No one can stop you! If you have a dealership, you have your own ship to sail. You are the Captain and you get to set the destination and the speed at which you will sail. You get to staff it with your own "crew" made up of people who will catch your vision and want to go to the same destination. We probably cannot fix Washington but we can fix what God has given us stewardship over. May we rise to the call.
