I had a terrible experience with this company. They came to my house twice for two different problems. The first time my toilet was leaking blue water from the cleaner on to the white grout in my floor tiles. The tech told me it did not feel wet so it must have plugged itself up. I had to pressure him to do something. He did not remove the toilet to check the seal he tightened the screws. The second appointment was made for a two hour window before I had to go to work. I called at 1:15 and said even if he got here he would not be able to finish it before I had to leave at 2:00 and I would have to reschedule. The tech showed up at 3:38 and left a note. When I tried to reschedule they said they would charge me $50.00 missed appointment fee. Really. Only in business for 4 years and not very good. Stay away.

The previous post was made by a customer for a claim through her warranty company. Her warranty dictates what is covered and not covered. We have no control of her warranty contract, but are willing to repair anything that the warranty does not cover. We provided service the previous week and she placed another claim with her warranty company which was sent to us the following week. She reported no problems to us whatsoever. This post is the first complaint we have heard of (which still has never been reported to us), and was only posted after she missed her appointment. A missed appointment fee is a common charge.
