PAID $175 FOR A MILE TOW AND GUY REFUSED TO PUT THE VEHICLE IN MY DRIVEWAY. IVE HAD MANY TOWS PLACED IN DRIVE WITH NO ISSUES. POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED I WILL PUSH MY VEHICLE ON A HOT DAY WITH NO SHOES BEFORE I ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH ANOTHER VEHICLE OF MINE

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Both of the representatives that I spoke to were rude and their tow truck drivers damaged my vehicle. When K asked for insurance information to file a claim, they told me it wasn't going to happen. I would not recommend anyone to have their vehicle towed by this company because not only will they screw you out of your money, but will also screw you for your insurance claim

Neither your tow truck status nor the Philippians scripture quoted in the back glass allows for your driver to be blowing through stop signs, passing in turn lanes, and speeding along FM roads. Harris county should really rethink their affiliation with a company that employs driver who perform with so little regard to traffic law or safety.
