Absolutely horrible customer service!! Phone number provided on website constantly goes to voicemail. Was contacted by driver Yogi and owner told me he would call me back for a quote never called me back again voicemail voicemail told him I situation as I am a working single mom I cannot provide transportation for my son to go to pre-K as I am at work said again he would get back to me with a “never dead ignored my phone calls turned the phone right to voicemail absolutely unprofessional no response if did not want business should have told me instead of asking for locations and not providing “completely unprofessional I do not recommend. If they never answer the phone how do you get in contact with them if there was an emergency for your child completely unprofessional I wish there were words better in the English this Dictionary to describe the lack of customer service, empathy or just common decency to return phone calls. Only a one star because that is the only way I could post a review if there were some things such as zero or negative stars would’ve picked that option absolutely reprehensible
