Mr. Hao is a scam artist. DO NOT USE. We had a washer that wouldn't drain and turn off before the cycle would end. He came and listened to my description, but didn't even turn the washer on stating its obviously a pump problem. I wrote him a check for the part for $220 and he would come a few days later. He pushed the date twice (now nearly a week from original appointment) and we had to call him to find out he wasn't coming. He is not good at returning calls and not at all professional. Please do not use and save yourself the money and frustration.
