Had our building just completed by this company. I can say the building looks nice however you best be home in order to oversee what they are doing. One corner of building was off by almost 4 inches. Thank God it rained as spouse was able to clearly see it was off and then put a level to it. Sure enough it was off bad. They had to redo all that and make it square, took hours of redo. They left a big mess and told me to clean it up, in the contract, I said ok. Owner then states I have waisted 3 trips out to your place already and there is no way I'm sending my guys out there to clean it up as this is only a courtesy. I said ok, he then had the NERVE to tell me we did all kinds of extra stuff that we didn't even charge you for? WHAT you mean like fix all the framing that wasn't square or was it the piece your guys cut too short and had to replace? He charged us $1250 for building plans that another installer said they get these online for $400. Bottom line is we only saw the owner when he needed increment payments. He was mad our job took an extra day due to the framing my spouse said wasn't square and was condescending and rude on the phone. I hope and pray we have no issues with this building or he will be dealing with me and not my husband. For this fact alone I would not do business with them again nor would I recommend them in the future.

bought a building? better go buy a screw gun and more screws. you will need them. also watch them or your sheets will not be straight. I had to make them change it.
