DO NOT RENT WITH SELECT PROPERTY GROUP LLC. The management is terrible and have poor terms in their lease agreements. The building structure of their property at 506 N. 18th St. is horrbile. The walls are so thin that you can hear everythnig going on upstairs in the unit above you and next to you, and it gets so cold in the winter, you might as well be outside. Also, you can hear the water running through the pipes through the walls whenever the unit above you showers or flushes the toilet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!
