Horrible experience. I will not recommend Louis Giannakopoulos to anyone. When Louis Giannakopoulos first came to our office and bragged about the business projects he completed and how highly rated he was, I was excited to work with him. I probably set my expectations high. At least higher than what I would expect from the handyman who does fixes in my house. It turned out to be the worst decision I have made. My partner was handling him, because I was so unhappy with him, that if I would to talk to him, I would only complain. So, my business partner was doing all the fighting to get things done right. To specify everything he did wrong would fill a whole newspaper, therefore I am only going to list few examples. First, the paint: awful job, the old paint was peeling off, he just painted on top of it and if you look at it, you can see the peeling marks from underneath the new paint. He did not allow us to pick the color of the ceramic tiles of the kids bathroom. I walked in one day and the bathroom flooring is done. It was black. I was shocked, black tiles for children’s bathroom! He decided to do the job without consulting with me or my partner first and allowing us to pick the bathroom ceramic color. I let this one go (big mistake). I guess he had some ceramic tiles left over from another project and he just used it. He charged us a TON for it. The kitchen was done so poorly. There were top cabinets already installed, we only asked him to change the bottom ones and install
