Her website is also super easy to navigate, so anyone is able to utilize it, no matter what level of computer knowledge. I assumed they had product on hand so web site could be clearer...customer communication could be better I had to contact them instead of them keeping in contact with me in regards to product...once I did contact them they were prompt to answer questions I just think things could have been handled differently especially when it came to paying a restock fee for an item they didn't have when I cancelled my order because it was taking to long ...everyones experience with a company is different.. hope yours is better than mine was
