This company is absolutely amazing! Jessica, the owner, displays incredible care and customer service! I would recommend Rebecca's Crafts to anyone who enjoys making things. Her website is also super easy to navigate, so anyone is able to utilize it, no matter what level of computer knowledge. Also, Jessie, is very concerned about each of her customers and volunteers to help in any way she possibly can. Rebecca's Crafts is definitely my new "go-to" store for any crafts I chose to make. I assumed they had product on hand so web site could be clearer...customer communication could be better I had to contact them instead of them keeping in contact with me in regards to product...once I did contact them they were prompt to answer questions I just think things could have been handled differently especially when it came to paying a restock fee for an item they didn't have when I cancelled my order because it was taking to long ...everyones experience with a company is different.. hope yours is better than mine was
