I hired this contractor because they have been in business since 1958. They are probably good to last this long, but not with Phil Stone who took over the business. Do not pay this guy in full until the job is complete and you are satisfied, because if you do he will just ignore you specially if there is money involved. I even threatened to file complaint to the license board if he does not finish the job, he still ignore me. Money is all he cares for even if he stains the license that his dad Jess established for half a century.
