Unfortunately my experience with Voss Home Maintenance has been less than great. They have been responsible for groundskeeping at my business condominium association for the last couple of years (contract term) and we found it necessary to fire them. They came every week, but the job never looked more than 70% complete. Our issues were small, truly, however upon leaving my office after they'd "completed" the mowing and general maintenance there would still be of leaves that would accumulate in the corner(s) of our parking lot. General landscaping debris post bush-trimming & grass cutting would remain unless a call was made to politely mention it to them. Even then, it would remain. Poor clean-up after bush trimming (bushes "missed" for trimming), damaged sprinkler heads after mowing... Obvious weeds growing 2 feet tall in mulchbeds... I don't relish posting a bad review & they are nice folks however that doesn't make up for half-done work. Steve Jones, Orland Park IL
