The house is presently up for Sale and with the winter months approaching, I will only need the grass cutting ONCE a month, starting this month. The one major service I will need will be in Nov. or Dec. to rake up and bag all the leaves in the back yard. I would your calling or sending me an estimate for the 'Clean-Up'.
