They returned my call promptly, which gave me hope, which turned out to be unwarranted. It was a week and a half before they could find the time to come over to look at what I needed done. He didn't bring a tape measure, a pencil or a piece of paper.!!! It was a Saturday, and he said he would give me a price by Wednesday. It is now the following Saturday. Have I heard from him? No.
