I hired Nick to install laminate and tile in the bottom floor of my house, as well as all new baseboard. The total square footage was about 700 sq ft. Nick's estimate was the best out of 4 estimates that we got. He itemized everything so we could see what he was charging for each piece of work, and he gave us options to do some of the work ourselves to save money. The real reason I hired Nick, however, was because of his awesome customer-oriented attitude. He was polite, friendly and enthusiastic about our little job, unlike the other contractors we considered who came across as condescending and bored. The work was done on time and was extremely high quality. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the project and have absolutely no complaints, although I'm sure if we did, Nick would do anything in his power to make things right. He just seems like that kind of guy: dedicated, professional and courteous. I wish him all the success in the world. We will certainly be calling him back for other flooring jobs in the future!
