POS systems that fit every business model in the Restaurant Industry. Great Customer service technicians and 24 hour support!

Future POS, (in CA) its employees including James Bacarella, Scott Weiss and their drunk installer at Hospitality Technology Systems, and Steve Pritchard at Cutting Edge Solutions, Inc., took our money and ran. The POS was "not" programmed or installed when we opened as promised, never worked right, crashed daily (during a busy dinner service), tech support didn't even know how to fix it, and no one provided "any" support or the slightest sympathy that we were losing thousands of dollars "daily" directly related to their Future POS system, (and the forced partnership with MERCURY Payment system), put our restaurant out of business before we even got started. Then they accused of us and our managers of being "stupid" when we called to beg, plead and scream to fix it, and called us names, and said all our servers were drunks. We even got to the point where we thought they were doing it on purpose, like someone had paid them to destroy our business.
