Personal Mobility Sling Rescue and Evacuation Device
A unique sling, designed and created by a woman with a disability, who saw the need for a safe and convenient way to transfer a person with a disability. Judy Hoit designed the Pakkie after traveling to South Africa, alone, as well as taking numerous plane trips in the United States. She saw the need for airlines to transfer her onto the plane. But soon realized the need for such a transfer device in many other situations around the world.
