We spent 15 yes up at the Antique Park back in 80s and 90s. You couldn't find a better family feel park. The Appleby's where a good family out in the country. This park is where I spent my childhood and wouldn't hesitate to allow my children to spend their childhood there either. Close to everything Farmington has to offer even Laurel Caverns. Bike trail, hiking trails, hunting and more. It's primitive and if you do not know what that means it's not for you...
We'd love nothing more to find a camp there. As a kid my family had 12 campsites all throughout the Park. The old beaver dam was something to see back then, swinging bridge, playground of woods. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a primitive camp that doesn't look to complain and isn't afraid of some good old fashion hard work camping.
It's a beautiful place!!!

For the price mark charges a year people shouldn't complain mark and Anita are very nice people ..you can't go anywhere and camp for under a 1000 a year and its in the middle of the woods we are lucky enough they let us build our own cabin and we maintain our own problems all u needed to do is put in a drain pipe ..Its people like you that ruin great things for other people ..if you didn't like PRIMITIVE camping you should have bought something somewhere else .Sounds like your lazy and want other people to cater to you .Should have stayed in the city with the rest of the yuppies.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. We had purchased a camp off of them for $1200. We absolutely loved it. But there was a problem with water drainage and for 2 yrs we asked him to fix it and his response was "I will get with my son and see when he is available." That never happened. Instead, after the $1500 that we put into it to fix it up, it sunk and ripped the bldg away from the trailer. The windows popped out and that was the only way to enter the building, through the window. We spoke to him and wanted to know what he was gonna do........Mark the owner said in spring he would have 2 camps that we could choose from in exchange for the sinking one. We offered to pay the rest of our lot rent and he said to hold onto it. He would contact us in the spring. He never did. We called and no answer. Phone number was changed. (Cell number is only contact number for business), So we went up, only to be told that he GAVE our camp away to someone who was gonna fix it up. WHAAAT!!!!. We were shocked. He then told us he would get with the people he gave it to, to get our stuff out like our wood burner, furniture, fridge new propane stove as well as personal items. Never heard from him again even after repeated messages left on the new number he gave us. These people are schiesters. Keep your money and buy something elsewhere. You won't be disappointed. I have receipts, witnesses and a multitude of photos to back me up. He did the same thing to the prior owners
