BioZone Pharmaceutcials engages in full cGMP contract manufacturing and develops unique pharaceutical products using patented QuSome technology. BioZone Pharmaceuticals (BZNE) is a public pharmaceutical company that specializes in drug development, manufacturing, and marketing. The company has developed proprietary drug delivery technology that has enabled and revolutionized the administration of drugs that are difficult to formulate. The application of this technology allows the company to pursue reformulation of generic drugs and pursue a low-risk regulatory pathway for NDA approval. Additionally, BioZone provides oral, topical, and injectable drug products for anesthesia, infectious diseases, metabolic diseases, and oncology, and offers a unique line of dermatology products for a variety of dermatological diseases. The company has plans for agressive expansion of both size and product line using proprietary QuSOme technology.
