I greatly discourage anyone from doing business with Wayne Kern at Dakota Custom Cabinets and Homes!! My husband and I were looking for a quote for them to do all the woodwork in our unfinished basement and Wayne drug me along for a whole month without even getting me a quote. We were emailing back and forth and he would never return my emails, and the few times he did, he kept giving me dates that he would have my quote by and the date would come and go without hearing from him. I called him after a month and he was so short and rude on the phone and just kept saying that he didn't have my quote and wouldn't give me any reason why. He finally threw out an outrageous price just to "get me off his case" and then he ended up hanging up on me! He has horrible customer service skills and was so disrespectful to me! Please don't anybody give them your business!!!! People like that don't deserve your business!!
