Kelly recently listed rental property for me. She was professional,well informed, patient and understanding of my needs. In about two weeks we had it rented. This is my first experience renting property. She drew up all the forms and contracts. She explained all my obligations. She sat with me and the tenants and took us through the paperwork. She revised the contract where we wanted it revised and made the enire experience an absolute pleasure. It looks like all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed. I feel completely at ease.
