Backyard Leisure has been nothing but a disaster. We first went to the Greensboro store where the salespeople just couldn't be bothered when we walked into the store. We finally decided we liked the tub from Backyard best and called for a test soak. Once again the salespeople couldn't be bothered so I tried the store in Concord. Big mistake. When a person shows you who they are, you should believe them, correct? Well, apparently the same goes for businesses. We went to the Concord store, had a soak and paid the same day. Weeks later, we are still waiting for our tub to be installed. It is currently sitting in our front yard with no indication (after many calls today) as to when they might come back to finish the installation. They lied to us when the original delivery date rolled around and they didn't have our tub. Repeatedly, actually. It took an entire day of calls to "find out" why they weren't here when they said they would and supposedly where the tub was. Now, it sits in my front yard and they are lying again. They seem to have no inclination to treat us with any priority for installation or even to come get the tub that risks damage with each day that passes. They have almost 10,000 of our dollars and are treating us like we are irritating them with our requests for service. Our requests and complaints are completely invalid as far as the salespeople and managers are concerned. I plan to tell everyone I speak to about the terrible attitude and service.
