If you intend to move in here, expect to be without heat or hot water. And expect to never have any maintenance issues addressed. A loved one moved here 2 months ago, and immediately had issues with the heat and no hot water. We have texted the maintenance line, called the property manager, emailed the property manager, and 2 months later, we still have not gotten any assistance. Before moving in, they will be the sweetest, and most pleasant people. They will tell you about how well they treat their residents, how efficient their maintenance is. However when you actually need them to perform, expect to be ignored. For an apartment complex that houses the elderly, I guess they think that the elderly community is less likely to defend their rights.
