Told them we were taking the boat about an hour away they said ok l wrap came off 30 mins down the road when I caked and text him he stated we should have known not to drive on it after we already talked to him and he said it was OK to drive to drive it an hour away

He changed our appointment time by 1 hour the day before after we have a time set for 3 weeks already. Then turned around and called said he was going to be a little like like 15 minutes late so about 11:15am. He didn't show up til 11:40am. When he got Here I went out side talk to him for about 10 minutes I told him my daughter was going to take the boat to her place in Lansing was that ok he said yes. I said ok. Then I stood there talking to his Granddaughter for about another 1 minutes before I went inside. But he also told me a price of $448 2 different x on the phone because we talked 2x the Original time that we set up the appointment and scheduled the time and the date. Then the day before he came out and he said $448. Then the day he bcame out he tried to charge me $494 and say he told me that all along and say I told him my boat was a 20 foot when he had writen on the paper 22 foot. So he couldn't say that and get away with that lie. He also went over the size of the motor the Length of the boat what kind the engine was. And he even said of I forgot to write it all down, I thought I did. I must of forgot. I said ya I told you all this 2x already so you must of forgot to he just laughed. Long store shirt. My daughter and son-in- law came picked up boat to store it over there place for the winter there because I live in the woods and the trees fall alot and didn't want a tree to fall on it. The express way has construction almost all they way to Lansing from my house they only made it to Mason and the shrink wrap blow off the back of the boat. I called Mr. Smith he didn't answer and text him. He said what happen he was rude he said he will get back with me he didn't and then after I text him Multiple times he text back contact your insurance company I said what are they going to do about shrink wrap my boat wasn't damaged it was the shrink wrap and you told me it was ok. If you didn't understand stand what I was saying then you should of answered me and tell me yes when I asked u if it was ok. I said that's not far. I don't know about shrink wrap that's why I asked you. He told me that to bad and And I should have been so stupid stupidity and he was just being very Is unprofessional and very rude to me. I told him I was going to write a bad review on him he said go a head he dont care. I said I will contact an attorney he said do what you have to and laughed at me. I even told him I would split the cost in half with him since he came out and did it and he said no and wouldn't respond back to me any more. Then he try to say I would of told you no if I heard you say that. I said are you calling me a lier then he said no I said ok then because you know you said yes. He said I would of told you to have it wrapped then doing it in a flat or something like that. Ok but u didn't. OK but if u just didn't hear me and u just answered thats not my fault just u didn't write all the stuff downn2x you talk to me on the phone and told me a price and I repeated it to u over the phone both x and you said yes. Then give me a different price and try to tell me that's for a different size boat. And say I told u I had a 20 foot boat when u had 22 foot wrote down and mine is a 22 foot. Very bad bussiness man very rude and disrespectful to customers. He has no right telling me I'm Stupidity because I don't know about shrink wrap. Well that's not my job that's why I asked him.
