I hired David in July,I gave him $100 deposit to Dj for my daughter birthday. He ended up charging more and not by the contract. My contract shows a certain amount and then he goes and says I have to pay an additional fee of $43.00 he said it was for some certain fee but wouldn't say for what. I asked him for a refund and he said he will not give me a refund or do my event. What am I to do. I am out my money and my services- Don't Hire This Man he will do it again
