This home center is not a safe or clean. Careless and negligent! Three helpers are NOT licensed. Babies are not held when they cry. Kids are neglected! Check DSS VA website to see many violations. Yasmeen INSIST on being notified before picking child up & became irate when we showed up unannounced. My baby came home w/stained or soaked diapers daily. The only times he was not wet or dirty is when we called ahead of time. 2/4/21-son's diaper so wet that it soaked through his jeans. 2/8/21-poop stains all over his diaper & clothes. Toddler tables always dirty & debris all over table & floor. Trash cans overflowing. Chemicals spray left on toddler tables. Kids under 4 left unsupervised. We arrived to pick up, kids came to the door, and & no adult in sight. We waited a bit. Yasmeen finally came to door & said she was in the bathroom. Bottles NEVER rinsed w/ water & always smelled like rotten milk. Bowls sent back with rotting chunks of food.
