Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice....
The first time I ordered from this company, I selected a shade of extension I thought was brunette with a slight warm tone. What I got in the mail was red hair. The company is ADAMANT about not accepting UNOPENED exchanges and even a year later (well after I decided to stay blonde and not dye my hair brunette) I cannot sell this hair on ebay or anything. I am literally stuck with hair I don't need, for which I paid a very pretty penny.
This time around, I was looking to buy blonde wefts. I had a question about the color selection, emailed the company, and got a response maybe 3 days later. When I decided to purchase the extensions, the website would NOT allow different billing and shipping addresses. This is literally unlike every single website I have ever used to order any product.. ever. Including giants like Amazon and eBay. Who the hell is this company?
So when I got my email confirmation about the hair, I wrote back requesting my order be sent to a different address than on my credit card. The company manager stated it was against their security policy and that she was putting my order "ON HOLD" until she heard from me.
The address on my card was for my parents house, so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal for me to drive over and pick up my package. So not 12 hours later, I emailed back confirming my shipping address and asking her to remove the "HOLD" on my order. That was August 14th. My extensions
