As a Nevada native I have seen so many changes in this community; however the one thing that remains the same is that small town atmosphere. After asking a couple of questions to a new guest we realize that we knew each other in elementary school or lived down the street from them at some point or we have mutual friends. Affordable luxury priceless beauty...I am a mom of three beautiful children, my husband work hard every day to provide the best for them. Unfortunately, we end up putting our needs on the back burner as do so many of the men and women of today. I know that if I had to pay $150 to $200 for my hair every 6 weeks to maintain the color and cut that I like, I wouldn't be able to afford it. Likewise with massage, facials or pedicures, they are a luxury that most don't allow
