We are so happy at The Highlands that this rip off artist is gone from our neighborhood. He knows nothing about landscaping. Has no idea what grows in this region. The only thing he is good at is ripping new homeowners off with his yearly contracts and dying plants. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are plenty of good landscapers around like Prestige Landscaping in Ocean Isle Beach!
