If this is the same property manager that 'ran' 35 Crane St in Depew... He is the worst property manager ever! The other tenet upstairs was harassing us non-stop for 5 months and he refused to do anything! As long as he got the rent he didn't care! He would constantly lie to us about the situation upstairs. From, 'we got a plan'...to covid, 'work in amongst yourselves', and my personal favorite, "If it got so bad why didn't you contact the landlord", even though we asked for the landlords number and he wouldn't give it to us previously. This guy had an excuse for everything. If you want someone to do the bare minimum then this guy is for you. Terrible person but a much worse property manager!
