Mr Vince Tulio owns a storage facility in Lansdale, PA. We had all our belongings stored there for a approximately 4 years. (Cars & all our personal belongings along with a while house of furniture) On several occasions the roof would leak. We would report it to Mr Tulio and he was to cheap to actually replace the roof, and would always make cheap repairs. So after getting our life situated and buying a house in South Carolina we went to our storage unit to find the whole roof had collapsed. Everything we owned was ruined, trashed...TOTAL GARBAGE!!! Now who knows when this actually happend?? The roof had already been replaced by this time. Never a call frome Mr Tulio not once notifying us of any of this. We found out after spending around 400.00 to rent a moving truck and upon arrival at the unit. We called Mr Tulio, he came to the unit and deeply apologized. He also promised to make things right. That hasn't happend. That was almost a year ago. DO NOT TRUST THIS CREEP!!
