We specialize in residential custom homes, additions & remodeling at a very reasonable price. Charge by the square feet with all the changes you want, it will not raise the price. Believe me, I was a contractor for 15 (+) years and it is much cheaper to make your changes in the drawing phase then when actually building. If you see plans on the net you may like, I can usually meet there price with the changes you would want as well as draw it to meet our aggressive wind codes here on the coa...
