I don't recommend this business. Rich Simonsen passed away but his wife Francine Took over. She is a slum landlord!!!! Does not do repairs and forget getting your security back. She has a tier 2 megans offender Working for her. There are plenty of other Reputable agencies to choose from. Her Entire staff works under the table. She avoids paying taxes!!! I learned the hard way....just Trying to prevent the next one for getting the Shaft.
