Sherri Allen called my house today Dec 22--3 days before Christmas----about a bill for my over 21 yr old DISABLED but full time college student UNDER my care son. She is RUDE. How unpleasant to get a call like this at Christmas. This matter has been discussed wiith your client and there is a code missing on the billing process. But rather than listening to us--she has to be rude and threatening. I am responsible for his bills. We paid up front for charges not ccovered by insurance. As ALL surgery is pre-approved!!!! I don't appreciate her attitude--but if you pay your employees to be hateful and nasty to people in order to collect a supposed dept to a disable person--than congraulations--she deserves a star!!!! I will be forwarding this to the BBB and legal attorney. I will not be threatened in my home by a call by a person who obviously hates life and/or her job. It is uncalled for and VERY VERY unappreciated. Merry Christmas to her and I pray God Blesses her and helps her with whatever in her life has made her such a hateful person. No one should be subject to this type of call at Christmas or anytime. My name--Lisa Hulgan--she spoke with my husband--I was on the other line. I have nothing to hide. I would never treat anyone with the hatefulness and threats that she threw at my husband.
