This company installed a unit in my home via AHS, the following year a capacitor blew and a tech came to change it, same thing the next year which is 2019, and then finally this year another one blew. When the tech changed it, it blew a transformer in the attic unit. After checking, found an unauthorized wire splice from the attic to outdoor unit. Called this company, they said I cannot prove they did this because other techs have worked on it and it could have been them. See below, they are reviewing themself?!?? Frauds!

This company very unprofessional. I went through my home warranty company and was assigned to them. The techs came out stating they could not find a problem and that I possibly only needed coolant, they charged me for the coolant and actually overloaded my system causing it not to work. This company very unprofessional. I went through my home warranty company and was assigned to them. The techs came out stating they could not find a problem and that I possibly only needed coolant, they charged me for the coolant and actually overloaded my system causing it not to work. Someone else came out from the same company they stated that it was my reverser valve and that they needed to order the part. Well when trying to schedule an appointment they stated they only work between 10am-2pm and that I had to make myself available to them. Well they never fixed my a/c, another company came out Speedy A/C and they fixed my unit no problem! Come to find out it was NOT my reverser valve and that my unit was overloaded in order for it to work properly and so the fan can be switched back on. I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!!
